Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered.

ORDER & PRODUCTION POLICY

All custom orders are produced in the order they are received. Production begins after payment is made and all required details are submitted. Proofs are provided when applicable and must be approved before production begins.  Before placing your order, please ensure all details are accurate, including item specifications, personalization, and shipping information. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.

TURNAROUND & RUSH POLICY

Standard turnaround times:

  • Branding bundles: 10–14 business days

  • Memorial packages: 10–14 business days

  • Apparel: 7–10 business days

    Rush services may be available for an additional fee and are subject to current capacity. Rush services are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Once the item is accepted by USPS, UPS, FEDEX,  we no longer assume responsibility or Liability on items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier and the customer in hopes of a delivery on time.

Premier Promotionals may request photos of items that customers are requesting to be refunded. Photos can be sent to info@premierpromotionals.com
