Shipping policy

ORDER & PRODUCTION POLICY

All custom orders are produced in the order they are received. Production begins after payment is made and all required details are submitted. Proofs are provided when applicable and must be approved before production begins. Turn around time is 7-10 business days.  Turnaround times are estimates and do not include shipping time.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and item weight. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping option. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance for added protection.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
