By placing an order, you are entrusting our creativity and expertise. We appreciate any ideas, but we have full creative control over the final design to ensure the best outcome. Each stole is custom-made, which means no two designs are exactly alike.

Order Deadlines

To ensure timely production, please place your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Rush orders (needed in less than 7 days) will incur an additional $50 Rush fee.

Refund Policy

Once work has started, NO REFUNDS will be issued. If there are any issues, we will work to find a solution. If you cancel BEFORE production begins, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

Production & Shipping

Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days after the order is received (Not including shipping). Please be sure email and contact information is correct, as we will send updates about your order via email, delays in responses will delay the production process. Final Approval

After designing is complete, you will receive a mock up for approval. You are allowed 2 revisions before and additional $25 design fee will apply. Please carefully review your proof before approving. ONCE APPROVED DESIGN IS FINAL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR typos, incorrect names, or dates that were not addressed before approval.
